旅行的意義到底是什麼

旅行就和人生一樣
會不斷的遇見一些人
也會不停的和一些人說再見
從陌生到熟悉
再從熟悉回到陌生
無論是否會再次見面
學會珍惜相聚的時光

而我﹐沒有約束﹑沒有終點...隨性漫游...
說走就走的 ~ 一場心靈之旅
离開都市節奏，离開高樓建筑的噪音
放慢生活的步伐﹐享受生命﹗
去感悟美麗大自然，看不一樣的世界
說實在的﹐ 這裡的風景真的爽心悅目﹑嘆為觀止...﹗

很多人Line我...
你到底去了哪裡? 在地球的哪一個角落? 回老家嗎?
為什麼都不說呢? 不要獨自擁有﹗要分享嘛~

或許, 
你曾經來過...也或許曾經路過~
來過的只是走馬觀花...
路過的沒來得及停下步伐...
而我﹐選擇了停下﹐獨自行走﹐不受羈絆，沒有約束~
去在意途中的人和事還有那些美好的記憶和景色。

選了
一家背包客棧
雖然離喧鬧的城市有點距離﹐但是鳥語花香~
還有聽到昆蟲的鳴叫聲 
仿彿回到大自然的懷抱里
也給自己一片安靜的地方。

花園里...
有不同顏色的非洲菊
有不同顏色的補血草
也有薰衣草
不管是坐在庭院里﹐還是坐在正門外
都能看到這五顏六色的花
聽聽燕子的歌唱~
好希望時間能停留在那一刻 ~ 放空﹗
“一個人旅行，才能放空自己
想很多事、用心感受每個片刻...
不是因為我愛孤僻，
而是我喜歡一個人放空思考 ~ 很愜意”。

背包客棧也有再為環保盡力哦~
用了蠻多的回收木材...
大門﹐ 鞋架﹐床架﹐餐桌﹐小步道﹐公園的休息庭等等...
都是用回收木材而作的。
心思真的很細致入微~ 
考慮到每一個細節，非常透徹。
甚至﹐環保箱子都是用木材做
勸人要分類
只要是對環保盡力，都應該受到鼓勵。
這讓我想起﹐一位不到十來歲弟弟說...
“要分類呀﹐可以回收再利用
地球就不會被破壞了耶~”。
畫面陸陸續續浮現我腦海裡~
你的動力, 讓我了解生活的點點滴滴~
為了更好的環境﹐不斷地努力﹗

除此之外﹐這裡也有遊客留下來的...祝語

家...
是心靈の披風港﹐
也是能讓你感覺到溫欣の地方。

一個你曾經生活了很久の地方...
有你の溫馨...
有你能得到の溫暖...
有你思念の親人...
有你心牽挂の地方...
也有自己...純愛意境

是有家不能回，還是有家不能歸。
也是不是像我有一天真の感覺到像浮萍一樣無依。

家の感覺是什么樣？
是溫欣自然の...
是心靈の避風港...
是一個曾經生活了很久の地方。
那里有你...の溫馨﹐
有你...能得到の溫暖﹐
有你...思念の親人﹐
也是你心牽挂の地方.。
"家"是我們自己の..純愛意境。

當疲憊勞作一日后の我﹐
真の對"家"這個詞の意義充滿著依賴﹐崇敬﹐向往﹐希望之情。
曾經几時﹐我幻想著我の家要像城堡一樣の神秘。
在那里會上演著一幕幕感恩﹑貼心﹑細膩﹑依靠﹑溫暖﹑牽挂の劇情...
也曾想過我の家要讓小橋流水﹐ 假山瀑布駐足空間﹐
閒暇之余能在園里看到本人栽の小樹見長大。
而那長大漸慚成才の下一代，
正是我所追逐の幸福。
有時後﹐ 我の家也可以象溫柔女子所居住の屋子那般宁靜...
更多地帶來了禪の意境﹑悠遠和諧。
我常常會被那些想像所感動﹐
感動著那些幻想在生活中會不斷地出現奇跡﹐
讓美好時時刻刻都呈現在眼前。
但無論那些夢想是否能一一兌現,
現在我只想:
家﹐要是簡簡單單。
它可以不大﹐只要能寄:　
家人心中所有の夢想﹔
它可以很小很小﹐ 小の只要能容納下自己家人相知相愛相互理解の。
它可以不美﹐ 只要能令家人們感到溫馨自然。
此般足矣...
因為其實家﹐就是一個空殼,
是我們每個家人給它注入了太多の身心, 情感, 精神.
所以, 它才得以有了丰富の內涵。
我多么希望：
自己能好好の重新体會一下家の感覺,
自己經歷了太多の風雨，孤獨...
我認為那顆冰冷破碎の心會重新倍感溫暖。
那里有你の溫馨,
有の牽挂,
是心靈の避風港...
這就是家の感覺,
是家の体會。

有種非常强烈の念頭...

背起那75公升背包
尋找你那迷失の中影...
慢慢地把模糊の拼圖，一片一片の拼回來。

一個人の旅行，并不總是一個人
你總是用著心，傾聽我の心聲，給予想法
帶我去最適合の地方
就這樣，拉近了你我の距離

你隨著季節の變化
但，終究還是回到最初の原點
你那不被污染の環境，讓我卸下防備
用著赤裸裸の脚步和双眼記錄了許多當下
創造了生命裡多少詩篇與回憶
讓我能更懂得珍惜當下與所擁有の生活

再度回家。。。

終於可以回家了耶~~
跟姪女們在機場道別後，就沖沖忙忙到車站。。。趕上火車！
又是一個人。。。做著火車，感覺好淒涼呀！
可是能看到熟悉的朋友們，去熟悉的路，吃著熟悉的佳餚，聞著熟悉土地的氣息，一點都不會感到寂寞！只有強烈的期待。回家真棒！
搭上四個小時多的車程一切都是值得的。。。

回到家，看到熟悉的朋友們，真的很棒耶~~
尤其是Ruby，屁股痛痛會來了！笑得合不攏嘴。笑聲都把整個空間給戰勝了！那是因為每次騎車回來，我都會跟Ruby講。。。屁股好痛喔~~
簡家就好像我的家人，很多事都能談與分享，感覺真的很舒服。
沒有戒心，沒有壓力，只有真誠的對待。只有在這裡才能做真正的自己。

沒多久太陽升起來了，看著那耀眼的光芒，涼絲絲的春風灑在臉上。整個人都開朗起來。

怡然居屋頂

一個人騎車，沒有地圖，沒有GPS，只平感覺尋找目的地。。。跟大自然交會。在路途上，常常被大自然給迷住。。。停停騎騎，沒有城市的壓迫感！或許我已習慣一個人騎車漫城~~

木瓜溪

抵達目的地，強烈的陽光，把它給照亮了！
我被它給吸引住了~~ 或許對你可能只是一條潭，但是它的美是要用心和傾听去體會！躺在草地上，享受陽光的溫暖，傾聽鳥兒吱吱喳喳的叫聲，也看到它們飛來飛去。
就像書中所寫的 “傾聽是一縷清風，它能吹散籠罩在人們心頭的陰霾；傾聽是劃破夜幕的流星，給人們帶來希望；傾聽是一朵不敗的花，它能綻放出生命之蕊；傾听是春天剛發芽的嫩草，充滿活力与希望；傾听猶如夏日里的一陣涼風，把枯燥与煩悶一拂而盡。” 讓我都放鬆了耶~ 消除煩惱与憂愁。好希望時間就停在這一刻！

Unforgetable Experience

Never been to Aussie... excited? Well no plans no details on hand...giving my pal to plan ahead instead.

Depart from the airport again....been taking flight frequently this year round ღ 
Leaving home ...visit my friends from another part of the world ღ

Took a night flight ...I was glad that I was able see the awesome sunrise that never seen on land ツ and it kept me warm from cold night

Once the sun was up....the landscape view from the plane was terrific (◕‿-)

At fLoWeR PaLaCe_CAFE' CARINA 卡姐咖啡工作室

My last stop during my trip ...Carina's cafe. A very unique coffee palace that I wouldn't want to miss it ٩(-̮̮̃•̃)۶

Upon arrival, the display at the main entrance had made me feel like home....old sweing machine (in granny times), old telephone (but i cannot find the numbers) O.o

Walked into the cafe, sister Carina gave me her warmest smile ღ
Looking at the menu making me confused! Too many choice and I cannot decided the aroma for that day. Sister Carina offered me to try a flavor that was still not on the shelf. Of course, I would love to try it out...waited patiently

Finally my coffee was ready.. First sip was relatively bitter but with slightly flora smell. Quite refreshing and awesome. During my trip, I began to learn to drink coffee without any diary and sugar. Bitter of course from first sip...but the frangrance and coffee essence will definetly brought out. Love the smell of coffee beans after roasted and brewing processes. So complicated but every little steps make alot of different. 

Had a good chat with sister Carina and sharing my trip and stay ... my tears filled in my eyes when I told her I was leaving on the next day! I really hate the departure feeling when I was totally used to the adventurous and meaningful life that I encountered (╥_╥)

During my route, Bro Lee and I pass-by this little dumpling shop. He told me that this is one of the famous dumpling in their estate...Of course, I wouldn't want to miss it and try it before I heading back to Hualien.

關山米加上肉汁調味，內餡則是滷過的豬肉餡

It is so different from my hometown. 
Once opened, there was strong aroma of bamboo leaves floating out.
First bite without the sauce, the rice was not sticky and the smell of gravy filled inside my mouth. Added Tu mama special garlic sauce, taste was so different. The garlic smell was very strong. Combination well with the braised pork..I love it so much ღღღ
Sharing with my great friends at Hualien....thanks for sharing your experience in life, teaching me how to differentiate coffee beans, brewing coffee ....how to enjoy my great adventurous life at Hualien ツ

Alone at Ruisui, did not make me feel lonely at all. Friendly host had warmed my heart deeply. Their hospitality had given me a chance to know the wild pineapple plantation, passion fruits, coffee beans ...grapes. Too bad the harvest season was over when I arrived. Miss the opportunity to harvest all of them myself. Sat at the doorway, felt the cool and windy breeze...there is no word can ever describe that feeling! No tall buildings, busy street and crowd....I was totally relax.  Cycled to hot springs area...spent a great and peaceful evening. I was surrounded with high mountains and puffy clouds! ♡

Went alot of places ...Places that bicycle might not able to reach...so sweet ღ

After some discussion with Theresa, decided to go to Ruisui for hot springs. Knowing there are alot of nice scenic areas, of course batteries must be fully charged!

Missed the morning train (7am), but bought afternoon ticket. Went over to the tourist center, a friendly lady staff advised me to visit Hualien morning market (manage by the aborigines). Of course I wouldn't want to miss the crowd, cycled back to the town. Along the market, saw alot of fresh fruits, vegetables and poultry. Busy street....

Along ChongQing Road  重慶路

While having some walk in the market, stomach started to growl!!! Found a small shop and walked in. No signboard outside the shop but handwritten menu was pasted on the wall. Ordered soup noodles and waited patiently. 

Yangchun Mian 楊春面

Finally it was ready! The soup was abit oily, but the essences was pretty strong fragrant. Presentation was simple but overall taste is relatively good. Spring onions, bean sprouts, vegetables and some minced meat. A small bowl cost NT 40.  Having a small bowl of noodles and a small cup of red tea...replenished my hunger and started a great day. Hoping the weather is sunny.

After breakfast, cycled around the busy city and halted at Starbucks to rest.

After reading Bro Arthur's secret of Hualien, I found this Dolphin Bay restaurant and would want to try out. Been there twice (First was the rest day, second time was ...getting fresh ingredients _ back to capital) (╥_╥)

And finally ...yeshhh! 
Simple appearance from outside! Plain white window...plain little main entrance.
Walk-in and I was attracted by the super big whale painted on the wall...I was wondering if I was in the underwater cafe ☆

Friendly lady boss offered me to try their fired spaghetti..freshly made on that day..really crunchy  ❤

Appetizer:

Seafood Bisque abit spicy but had warm me up

Refreshing Tuna and Onions Salad (would not cause irritation) 

To be franked ..after these yummy appetizer, i was quite full ..but where is my main course? hmmmm.....

Main Course_Pork Knuckle 

Super duper big portion...gosh! 

Crunchy skin...first bite I could hear the "ka zhi ka zhi" aloud! OMG

Taste feeling:

Pork knuckle was marinated with vegetables spices. Then roasted at 300 degree heat over. 

After that, place on aboriginal black heat plate. 

Meat texture and taste: Very juicy and tender. Felt the spices essences when I chewed. Marvelous taste...Better than Paulaner Brauhaus pork knuckle!!! 

Till now I still miss this dish...

Of course i couldn't finish the main course..Bro Huang (Boss) offer me for take away.

I also request the dessert to take out but Bro Huang insist to dine-in...why?

Tiramisu will melt! Sprinkle with coco powder and little dolphin on the plate. How would I bear to eat this masterpiece. My tears was almost rolling down when I saw this dessert.  Taste: Creamy tiramisu with strong coco (sweet and bitter) combination very well (I am a person afraid of sweet dessert) And of course, i finished up this dessert slowly. Burp burp

Brother Huang loves marine ...whale and dolphin. Open this restaurant in Year 1995 at No. 10 Tianmu Road Street 13, Taipei. In Year 2008 Summer, shifted his restaurant to Hualien, located next to the old railway. If you going to Hualien, you can consider to try Bro Huang's dishes.

Simple white appearance main entrance...but once you entered, would find alot of treasure. This shop gathers different materials across the province. 3 different generations ... and all made in Taiwan..unique addictive ღ Collection of 50-60 species of Taiwan over the characteristics of goods, many of them are hand-made goods.

Sauce collection shelf had attracted me...All kinds of brand that I never even heard before ツ 
How i wish i can carry them back home but backpack full (✖╭╮✖)
